Position : Sales admin
Reporting to : head of department
Roles & responsibilities:
• HHP sales operation support
• Order forecasting demand management
• Supply chain management
• Weekly PSI reporting, communication with HQ / Factory / Internal sales & marketing
• Monitoring sales data management
• Payment management (A/R)
• Logistics management
Qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor / master degree with minimum 2 years experience in logistic, sales admin
• Strong of the modes of international payment order management (L/C process, O/A, B/G)
• Knowledge of export procedures and documentation at the international level
• Good PC skills especially for Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical assiduous, flexible and active personality
• Strong drive for results, combined with a creative approach for problem solving and market management
• Self starter being able to work under minimum supervision
• Initiative and ability to work in a multicultural
Specific knowledge:
• Strong administration skills organized, systems orientated detail
• Highly focused with a comprehensive understanding of logistics, procurement and the supply chain
• Operational logistics management
• Fluent language skill for both French and English
